INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS

  1. To request return authorization, please contact the order office at info@effettistore.it, indicating the order number, item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return, and the desired compensation type. Once the email is received and the procedure completed, EFFETTISTORE will send a return confirmation via email, containing the return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
  2. All costs for return shipping will be borne by the Customer.
  3. The return shipment must take place no later than 10 days from the receipt of the order.

Three types of compensation are available:

1) Size/Color Exchange

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same item, if available.

2) Return Voucher

As soon as the return is received and processed, a voucher for the total value of the returned item(s) will be sent to the customer's email address, to be used for subsequent purchases.

The Return Voucher:

  • can be used only once within ninety (90) days from the date of issue, otherwise it will expire.
  • cannot be combined with other Return Vouchers.
  • must be used for its full value in an order of equivalent or greater value.

3) Refund

The refund will be processed as soon as the return arrives at the EFFETTISTORE warehouses, after verification of the returned item(s).

For orders paid with Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Customers in approximately fifteen (15) days, and will in any case be visible on the next credit card statement. The timing may vary depending on the banking circuit of the Credit Card used.

For orders paid with PayPal or credit cards, the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Each item must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.

In the event that the Customer receives defective merchandise, or if errors occur in shipments from effettistore.it, the same instructions as above must be followed.

effettistore.it also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all stated conditions.

Please note: if the right of withdrawal is not applicable, the products will be held at our premises. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange shipment for the collection of the goods at their own expense.
